RésuméPrimary / secondary Volatile Organic Compounds
The data provided correspond to major protonated masses measured by one PTR-MS. Any specific request regarding other
protonated masses can be provided upon-request to the PI of the dataset.
Below is a list of the 12 available protonated calibrated masses and the commonly associated VOCs. Users should keep in mind that PTRMS measurements are not specific and interferences can not be excluded. See de Gouw and Warneke, 2007 (Mass Spectrometry Reviews) for more details. The operating conditions of the PTRMS on-board the ATR42 can be found in the supplement material of Borbon et al., 2013 (Journal of Geophys. Res.)

Méthodologie d'acquisition et qualitéThe data provided correspond to major protonated masses measured by PTR-MS on board the ATR42. Any specific request regarding other protonated masses can be provide upon-request to the PI of the dataset. Three multilevel calibrations were performed before and after the airborne campaign using a diluted Ionimed ppm-level standard mixture. Several one point check calibrations were performed before or after flight during the campaign using an NPL ppb-level standard mixture.
